When exporting expenses to QuickBooks Online, drop down menus are labeled as β€œCategories” and are populated with the accounts from your QBO Chart of Accounts.

When exporting expenses to Xero, drop down menus are labeled as β€œline items” and are populated with the accounts from your Xero Chart of Accounts.
