A Catch Me Up (CMU) is a service provided by Greenback that acquires historical data from a connected account. A CMU is an automated service managed by a support engineer to ensure complete and accurate historical data.
When you connect an account, Greenback automatically fetches the five most recent transactions and will continue to gather all transactions going forward. The type of data depends on the integration.
When you request a Catch Me Up, a support engineer will provide you with the specifics of the availability of your historical data.
The scope of historical data varies from integration to integration. In most cases, Greenback can acquire multiple years of historical data. There are a few known exceptions to this listed below. If you need to go back in time to get all of your data, simply reach out to email@example.com and request a CMU.
eBay only stores your data for 90 days. However, if your eBay transactions were settled using PayPal, Greenback can back-fill summary level transactions going back three years. PayPal is limited to summary data as it lacks the specific items sold or purchased.
If you need Amazon Seller Central transactions older than 90 days, you need to specifically request historical statements from Amazon before Greenback can fetch those transactions.
If you need your data from Walmart Seller Marketplace, you are in luck! Greenback is able to go back 180 days to capture all of your transactional activity.
Paid users receive a complimentary -90 day Catch Me Up included with their subscription by request. You can also request additional historical data for $49.00 USD for the initial 500 additional transactions and $0.03 per transaction thereafter.
High volume pricing discounts are available for Catch Me Ups over 10,000 transactions.
