Last year we launched the first phase of the evolution of the Dext platform, which will bring together Dext Prepare, Dext Precision and Dext Commerce into one unified experience. It enables separate views for practice staff, ensuring they have broader access when required, while also providing presets for effortless customisation across multiple clients. Additionally, you can preview Dext from your client’s perspective, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Automation Rules introduce smarter, more flexible ways to automate categorisation and aggregation. You can automate your workflow with flexible rules however you want. e.g. ‘Flag’ all ‘New Suppliers’ in Cost Inbox. Aggregate line Items using if and then conditions (e.g. if Description contains Food then Category : Food Tax Rate : 20% VAT. Practice-level rules allow management at scale across multiple clients, enhancing efficiency

Sales Quotes and Sales Invoices will provide a quick and simple way for your self-employed clients on Dext Solo to create quotes and send invoices. They can keep track of what’s been paid, and what's still owed with invoice payment records and share sales invoices online, so they know when customers have seen the request for payment.
Vault is a new space designed to help businesses and practices stay organised by securely storing all key documents such as contracts, leases, loans, insurance policies, agreements, certificates, engagement letters, and management accounts. With intelligent features such as summarisation, reminders, and labelling, it automatically extracts important details like dates and links documents to the relevant customers, suppliers, or projects.

Launching later this year, Dext Payments will revolutionise the way you and your clients manage payments by enabling secure, streamlined transactions all in one place. You’ll be able to manage client payments from within Dext and send them for approval, without having to access your client’s bank account.
