You’ll notice that your inbox has become your Cost Workspace. This contains your inbox and archive holding all your accounts payable items. This update to the navigation means that you’ll be able to access all your costs, past or present, directly from the Inbox - helping you prioritise your work across each space in Receipt Bank.
We know cost items are not the only type of paperwork that you need to chase, review and process on behalf of your clients. So, we’ve lent our world-class data extraction capabilities to provide you with sales invoice extraction. Just like your accounts payable items, you can enjoy the power and accuracy of Receipt Bank across your accounts receivable workflows.
Since launching Sales Invoices, you sent more than 260,00 sales invoices for processing.

If you’re working within an integrated client account you can benefit from this update. You will now find a ‘Present in integration’ and ‘Not present in Integration’ chain link next to supplier names within the inbox, item detail page and the supplier search box, making it easier for you to identify new suppliers in Receipt Bank. Enjoy enhanced visibility of new suppliers in Receipt Bank helping you to keep your supplier list clean and tidy.
Automatic line item extraction makes the processing of line items effortless, so you can have the control and accuracy of a manual workflow, without compromising on time. The new automatic line item features gives you the ability to turn the feature on for each supplier as required and we’ll take care of the rest.

More of your client base can now benefit from real time bookkeeping with the new Receipt Bank connection with QuickBooks Online Simple Start! This connection means you can automate data entry and provide a better experience for clients using Simple Start. We’ll collect and extract their bookkeeping data, so all you need to do is review and publish it straight to their QuickBooks Online Simple Start software for reconciliation.

Switch between your list of Client Accounts in the Receipt Bank mobile app, and easily access and add to the financial records of each of your clients’ businesses. To get started, login to your partner account, tap the client management icon top-right of the inbox, select your client and start snapping. Learn more about quick client switching here.

It’s now even easier for you to upload your receipt to our mobile app. You can now import images directly from your gallery, camera, or any third-party app that supports images. Simply tap the share button and select Receipt Bank.
