If you wish to cancel your monthly plan you can do so at any time before the renewal date, for annual plans you will need to give 30 days notice before the renewal date.

Once you’ve reached your monthly document limit, you may still upload documents to your account, but they will not have data extracted from them until you reach your next bill date or upgrade your plan.
