Do you find yourself publishing items, and then struggling to locate them in your ledger?
Introducing Receipt Bank Deep Links!
Enjoy an even more seamless collaboration between Receipt Bank and Xero. If you’re handling thousands of items in one account, you don't want to spend your time trying to find items between Receipt Bank and Xero.
Deep Links will take you straight from your published item in Receipt Bank, to its destination within Xero, so you can easily locate your items. Find Deep Links on published items within the Archive.
You said, we listened. We’ve added a new tax setting to make handling 0% tax rate items easier. You now have the option to add a Default Exempt Tax Rate for publishing items with 0% tax, or are tax exempt. This means you can now select a Default Tax Rate and a Default Exempt Tax Rate for publishing items to QuickBooks Online.
You don’t want to spend your day comparing the items in Receipt Bank side-by-side against the list of items on the bank feed, just to get them ready to reconcile. Our Bank Match feature does this for you.
Bank Match recognises and matches the items on your bank feed in your accounting software against the items in Receipt Bank. Once Receipt Bank has found a match, it will display the bank match icon. You can then go into the item and autofill the payment details in one click – so you can publish the item in a ready-to-reconcile state.
This is a feature that so many of you love. Thanks to user feedback, we’ve made the following update so it works even better for you.
When an item is published after being auto-filled with a Bank Match, the payment date will now be filled from the bank feed rather than the date on the receipt. This makes sure the autofill information is as accurate as possible, to make your reconciliation process as straightforward as possible.
