What’s New at Receipt Bank? Introducing the Fantastic Four

Now, you can get even more out of Receipt Bank. We’ve been working on four powerful features to help you run your practice even more efficiently. 

Meet our Fantastic Four…

1. Sage 50*

We now offer an easy solution for Sage 50 users to integrate with Receipt Bank. Submit items on the go, save time on data entry and prepare the data for import – enjoy a similar experience to fully cloud-based users while continuing to use your desktop software.

*Available in the UK only.

2. Sales Invoices**

You spoke and we listened. The feature most requested by our partners, Sales Invoices is here at long last.

We’ve lent our world-class data extraction capabilities to bring you sales invoice extraction, so you can have the power and accuracy of Receipt Bank across your accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows – the ultimate one-stop solution for your pre-accounting tasks.

You can easily review and publish data for processing cost and sales invoices, leaving you to provide the best experience for your clients in real-time.

**Available for all UK and US users. Available in Australia and South Africa for Streamline and Optimize users only.

3. Line Item Extraction***

With automated line item extraction, you can take each visible line item on receipts and invoices and upload them straight to Receipt Bank.

So rather than having to request and set up templated line items, you can now extract individual line items and save time.

The feature can be enabled on a per supplier basis in each client account and works for invoices, receipts, credit notes and delivery notes.

***Available in the UK only. Available to other regions later this year.

4. Bank Match****

With Bank Match, we’ll search for transactions in the bank feed that match transactions in Receipt Bank, so that you can send them straight through to the corresponding account.

That means no more time spent clicking between screens and feeds trying to find the right transactions. Let us do the detective work for you, so you can confidently publish the item as a paid expense for speedier reconciliation.

By our calculations, you could reduce your reconciliation by up to 20%, giving you more time to take care of the more important stuff.

****Available in all regions for Streamline and Optimize users integrated with Xero and Sage Accounting.
