Yes, you will continue to work with your existing account manager and support team, who will remain within their dedicated commercial team at Dext. You can rely on the same high level of support and expertise that you have always received. Dext will be a separate operating unit under IRIS Software Group. 

For the foreseeable future, Dext will maintain its current product offering and partnerships. IRIS plans to invest additional resources to accelerate Dext’s product roadmap and enhance the partner integration community.

Both companies will work on a collaborative, shared user experience across product lines where it makes sense. Longer-term, IRIS will integrate Dext’s technologies into its broader solutions, including accountancy, payroll, and HR management, to provide an end-to-end solution. 

It’s business as usual. Dext will continue delivering its trusted services with the same dedication and market-leading reliability. Joining IRIS enables Dext to enhance its offerings with increased resources, helping customers streamline workflows, reduce app fatigue, and access new AI, automation, and e-commerce digital selling capabilities. 

Your current contract terms remain unchanged. Any contract renewals will follow Dext’s usual terms and conditions, and specific terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
