For business subscriptions, Dext Payments supports accounts integrated with QuickBooks Online or Xero. We will also support a non-integrated version in future.

Yes. Your Dext Payments subscription includes 20 free supplier payments every month on Canadian EFT. Any Canadian EFT payments beyond that allowance are charged at $0.90 per payment (excluding GST) and invoiced at the end of the calendar month.

No. Dext Payments does not offer payroll payments in Canada. Supplier payments and employee expense payments are supported.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer a free trial for Dext Payments. Payments is added to your existing Dext subscription and follows the same monthly or annual term.

No. There is no setup or connection fee. We do, however, charge a reconnection fee of $10 if Dext Payments is removed from an account and later added back.

When you are paying multiple invoices for a single supplier to a single bank account you can easily group together the invoices into a single payment. A single payment will be made and charged for, unlike other solutions that charge per invoice, meaning batching multiple invoices into a single payment saves you money. All of the individual invoices will be marked as paid and reconciled.

Unfortunately we incur costs on pay-ins and need to charge for the usage. However we do include a free allowance of pay-ins on Business plans: 3 local-rail collections and 1 direct debit collection per month.
