Certified teams. Fewer things to put right.

Dext U certification is built on real client work rather than theory. Your team learns where the automation earns its keep, and how an error gets caught before it reaches the ledger.

3 levels of certification

Less than 3 hours required in total

Bonus: the client side

A short video series your clients can work through themselves, so documents arrive where they should. Your team spends the time on the client, not on the reminder.

Start at set-up. Finish running the practice.

Set the practice up properly. First time.

Find your way around Dext, configure your practice space — chart of accounts imported, the accounting software you already use connected — then bring in your team and your first client.

Accompagnement digitalisation des processus comptables

Turn the automation on. Watch the admin drop.

Advanced automation rules, banking and sales workflows, simpler invoicing, approval flows that route to whoever signs off without switching tools, and document organisation that still makes sense at year-end.

Run the practice from a dashboard. Not from your inbox.

Tighten your approval flows, roll Dext out across your clients, and follow collection and processing progress in Firm Management, so a bottleneck shows up while there is still time to do something about it.

What the practice gets. Beyond the badge.

invoice data capture success

Automation that gets switched on. Not just paid for.

Most of the admin a practice still does by hand is work the automation was never set up to take. Certification walks your team through the rules, so the repetitive jobs stop reaching them and the hours go to clients instead.

expense approval UI with women standing

New starters up to speed. Without shadowing a colleague.

Everyone learns the same way of working, so a client file looks the same whoever touched it — and your experienced staff stay on their own work.

claim submission UI with man standing

Clients who submit properly. Without being asked twice.

Short videos show your clients how to send documents in, so what arrives is complete and on time. Fewer reminders from your team, fewer gaps in the books.

Video, at your team's pace. Applied to real client files.

Watch a module, then do the same thing in your own practice space the same week.

Less theory. More your team can use this week.

Every module ends in something done rather than something read: a rule configured, an approval flow built, an error caught before it compounds.

The result shows up in the work — fewer corrections, faster client turnaround and conversations with clients that are about advice rather than missing paperwork.

Nothing extra to pay. Dext certification is included in your Dext subscription, for everyone in the practice.

For your team, and the clients they look after.

Whatever their level, your team leaves with automation and workflow skills they can apply to a live client file straight away.

Progress is worth showing: alongside the completion certificate, your team earns badges for the skills they have proved in Dext.

And your clients get short videos on submitting documents properly, so fewer arrive late and fewer arrive wrong.
