FAQs
Vault is currently included at no additional cost in all Dext Business susbscriptions, as part of a promotional period running until September 2025. After this period, we will review our pricing structure. We do anticipate offering a free tier of Vault with all subscription plans, although the details are still to be confirmed
No, there will be no automatic charges, if you’d like to continue to upload documents to Vault after this time and have exceeded any free allowances we introduce then we will notify you if you need to upgrade to a paid plan.If you don’t wish to upgrade you can continue to use Vault for the documents you already have stored.
Vault uses encrypted storage and follows best practices for data security and compliance - meaning we are GDPR and ISO compliant for all documents. You can read more about Dext’s compliance here.
Until September 2025 there is unlimited storage in Vault - so you can store as many documents as you like.
Anyone in your business who uses Dext will be able to access Vault and use, but you will be able to limit access to certain files if you wish with custom level access controls.
