Donna built Smile Box to lift people.

Not to hunt paperwork.

The admin was pulling her the other way. Every box meant another handful of supplier receipts to keep track of, and the ones that slipped through left the books wrong rather than merely late. Then her accountant pointed her towards automation.

Smile Box serves over 4,000 people each week with morale-boosting boxes intended to do exactly what they say on the cover: make you smile!

However, Donna’s team was often busy placing over 6 items in each box, which meant over 200 receipts to keep track of each week. As Donna put it, “I was quite often losing receipts and not putting receipts online.”

That was, at least, until her accountant turned her onto the world of automation.
