With Mileage, Dext offers a fast, automatic way for employees to submit travel-related expenses. Whilst our Approvals feature simplifies the claim approval process, making it faster and more reliable.
Here we take a closer look at both features and how they can benefit businesses and accountants and bookkeepers. The below features are now available in all Dext subscriptions, at no extra cost.
We’ve introduced Mileage to Dext to give business owners and their employees an easier way to submit claims for business-related travel. Users can simply enter the trip start and end locations, either on the Dext mobile app or the web application. We’ll then automatically and accurately calculate reimbursable amounts based on distance travelled and government-approved rates, reducing manual entry and the potential for errors.
