FAQs
Vault is currently included at no additional cost in all Dext subscriptions, as part of a promotional period running until July 28th 2025. After the promotional period the standard tier of Vault will continue to be free. The paid tier, Vault+, which includes more storage and more AI credits, will be from £1/ $2 AUD/ $2 CAD/ 2€ per client per month from 28th July 2025.
You can continue to use Vault for free for clients who have not reached the standard tier storage limits of 500MB. For those who have reached or exceeded that limit you will need to upgrade their Vault access to Vault+ for more storage before they can upload any more documents. You will not be charged automatically for any upgrades.
The standard tier of Vault includes 500MB storage per client. Vault+ includes 5GB of storage per client.
Vault uses encrypted storage and follows best practices for data security and compliance - meaning we are GDPR and ISO compliant for all documents. You can read more about Dext’s compliance here.
Yes, as long as you and your clients have switched to the enhanced Dext experience, you will have access to Vault.
