LONDON - MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2026 β Dext, the leading provider of AI-powered bookkeeping automation, today announces the appointment of Nicole Bello as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Nicole will lead and grow Dext's revenue organisation globally, with regional teams spanning the UK, Canada, France and Australia. She brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading sales organisations across North America and EMEA for fast-growing and large global enterprises alike.
Nicole will be responsible for building one high-performing global commercial organisation, creating greater consistency across regions, sharing best practices, and putting the right foundations in place for Dext to continue scaling successfully worldwide. Central to this is delivering exceptional experiences for Dext's customers and partners globally, while maximising the opportunities presented by Dext's relationship with IRIS.
Commenting on the appointment, Sabby Gill, CEO of Dext, says, "This has been a landmark year for Dext: we launched Payments, extended it to QuickBooks Online, and rolled out AI Assist. Nicole's arrival could not be better timed. She joins a company that is already indispensable to more than 12,000 accounting and bookkeeping firms and 700,000 businesses worldwide, the place where the work gets finished, not just started. Nicole is exactly the right person to lead our revenue teams as we push further into that opportunity, in every region we operate."
Commenting on her appointment, Nicole Bello, Chief Revenue Officer at Dext, says, "It was the combination of the people, the ambition and the opportunity that drew me to Dext. Every conversation reinforced that Dext has a fantastic product and an incredibly talented team. My focus now is making sure that ambition is felt everywhere - in how we work with our partners, how our users experience us, and in every market we operate in. I want our global community to feel the difference: faster support, closer partnership, and a Dext that keeps getting better, together."
On her immediate priorities, Nicole said her focus in the coming months will be listening, spending time with Dext's people, customers and partners across every region to understand what's working well, where the business can improve, and where new opportunities lie. These conversations will help shape the team's priorities in the months and years ahead.
The appointment comes as Dext continues to scale rapidly worldwide. This year alone, the company has launched Dext Payments in the UK, its most requested feature in company history, expanded it with payroll payments in April, and in July extended it to QuickBooks Online users while introducing international payments in beta. UK customers have processed more than Β£11 million through the platform to date, with Payments now in beta in Canada and Australia ahead of launches scheduled for later on this year.
Dext has also rolled out AI Assist to automate everyday bookkeeping decisions, such as how transactions are categorised and how data is structured for each client. Since launch, it has automated 83% of edits and reached nearly 2,500 licenses sold, with Core Guidance extended globally in May. Dext was named a G2 Momentum Leader for Summer 2026, reflecting its accelerating growth and product innovation. Dext is already the platform where accountants and bookkeepers get their work finished, not just started, and Nicole's arrival sharpens the company's ambition to deepen that position in every market it serves.
Nicole brings more than two decades of experience building and leading sales organisations globally, working with businesses ranging from fast-growing companies to large multi-nationals enterprises. She joins Dext from Dayforce, where she served as Group Vice President, EMEA, leading the region's sales efforts. She previously held senior sales leadership roles at UKG and ADP across both EMEA and North America. She is known for helping teams unlock their potential, bringing people together, creating clarity, and building sustainable growth.
Beyond revenue leadership, Nicole has dedicated significant time throughout her career to developing people, including mentoring and leading employee resource groups such as Women in Leadership, Black employee networks, and disability inclusion initiatives. She is proud to be serving as a judge for the 2026 Women in Sales Awards (WISA UK).
