Yes. Each entity is a completely separate Dext account — subscriptions, documents, and settings are never shared or combined between entities, even though you access them all with one login
Yes. Each entity connects to its own accounting software independently — one main integration (Xero, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, or KashFlow) per Dext account/entity, plus optional secondary integrations like Bill.com or ApprovalMax. So you can, for example, connect one entity to Xero and another to QuickBooks, and each entity's mappings and sync are managed separately
