Insights Dashboards are a set of practice-level reporting tools that give you visibility over key areas like bookkeeping progress, client activity, data health and deadlines, all in one place.
The following dashboards are included as standard in the Advanced plan:
- Bookkeeping Insight
- Practice Insight
- Deadlines Insight (UK only)
The following dashboards require the Data Health & Insights add-on:
- Activity Insight
- Data Health Insight
Most dashboards reflect the latest data available in Dext. Insights that pull from Xero or QuickBooks Online like Activity Insight and Data Health Insight, update based on the most recent syncs, or the last complete month.
Insights Dashboards give you a practice-wide view, so you can see trends, bottlenecks and opportunities across all clients at once, without needing to log into each file individually.
Only some dashboards rely on data from Xero or QuickBooks Online. The Activity Insight and Data Health Insight require clients to be connected to one of these platforms. Other dashboards, like Bookkeeping Insight, Practice Insight and Deadlines Insight, work with the data already in Dext.
